Katherine and I met in the fall of 1949 -- friends since that time and roommates at Averett College in Danville, Virginia -- followed by our return to Fort Myers to live and work until both married and started families. The good examples of daily living, sharing and caring that were Katherine from which I and others benefited have held true through the years. I rejoice in not a few special moments but a myriad of them - I am forever grateful - - -

So many childhood memories, not even sure where to start... Trips to Georgia, Walt Disney, pick up line at St. Michael's & she was best hostess.. all those wonderful wonderful memories. I cant put into words, other than Thank Katherine and the whole family .. I know you all will be missing a big piece of your hearts
Dining on Braman, her with Mother in New Orleans, and the river view condo vist… !! Always a truly delightful and engaging Lady and this really leaves a hole in my heart and Mother’s (Anne Barret) …I hope she’s giggling with the angels…😇😇😇
