Kathryn Walker-Bobb's Obituary
Kathryn Walker-Bobb, 70, was called Home into the loving arms of Jesus on September 29th, 2024. Kathryn was born July 25, 1954, to George “Elbert” and Wanda Walker in Fort Myers Florida.
Kathryn was born and raised in Fort Myers and watched the small, quaint town grow into the city it is today. She started her jewelry career working in her father’s store, Walker Jewelers, at the age of 15. She continued to pass along her knowledge and passion for jewelry until her passing, making many wonderful friends along the way.
Kathryn was most well known for her sharp wit, and incredible sense of humor; always ready with a joke to make you laugh.
Kathryn is preceded in passing by her precious daughter, Sarah Kathryn French, as well as her parents.
Kathryn leaves her loving memory with her surviving son Christopher (Casey) Bobb, daughter Kristin Gunn, as well as her 7 beloved grandchildren.
Kathryn's family has entrusted Fort Myers Memorial Gardens with the tender care of her final arrangements. Due to the hurricane Kathryn's service is rescheduled, visitation will be held at 9am Friday, October 18, 2024 and her funeral service beginning at 10AM. Immediately following Kathryn’s service, she will be privately laid to rest between her dad and daughter at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
