Keith C. Stengel's Obituary
Keith C. Stengel, 58, passed away September 19, 2013. He was born November 17, 1954 to the late Howard and Dorothy (Burkette) Stengel. In addition to his parents, Keith is preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Goucher.He lived his life for his wife and family. He had a caring and giving and uplifting spirit. Keith, a lifelong Florida resident, was a Christian and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a comical guy who enjoyed boating and was involved with numerous charitable organizations; his most passionate charity was Ronald McDonald Houses. He has helped so many people in his lifetime and will truly be missed by many.Left to cherish in his memory he lived his life for his loving wife Kay Stengel spending 29 wonderful years together; his children, Michelle Stengel-Valentin and her husband Anthony; Shannon Keith Stengel and his wife Jami; Danielle Stengel and Travis Stengel; step-mother, Christine Stengel; grandchildren, Jake, Kayla, Kaiden, Kaleb, Emily and Ethan; siblings, Becky Cerlanek and her husband Don; Randy Stengel and his wife Debbie; Donald Stengel and his wife Charlene; Grace McJordan and her husband Walter.There will be a Celebration of Life on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 5:00 PM at Cape Coral Christian Church, 2110 Chiquita Blvd. South, Cape Coral, Florida 33991.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to The Ronald McDonald House Charities at www.rmhc.org, Hope Hospice at www.hopehospice.org or to the Lee County Hawks at www.leecountyhawks.com.
