Kemp Peter Roedema's Obituary
Kemp Peter Roedema, Jr. of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 14, 2016 in his home. He was 48. Kemp was born January 9, 1968 in Passaic, New Jersey, the beloved son of Kemp P. and Lucia C. Roedema. He moved to Southwest, Florida where he worked he previously worked for A&P Supermarkets in loss prevention and as a Regional Manager of Loss Prevention for BJ’s Warehouse. Most recently he worked from home in internet sales. He was a loving fiance’ a devoted father and grandfather, a beloved son, a dear brother and a friend to many. He will be greatly missed. Kemp is survived by his loving parents, Kemp and Lucia Roedema; his two daughters, Shawna Roedema, Christina Roedema and her fiance’ Ted Dalton and his son Jesse Roedema and his wife Mitchell. He also leaves his beloved fiance’ Maria Morais and her children, Melissa Morais, Kaitlyn Morais and Matthew Morais. Kemp is also survived by his two brothers, Kurt Roedema and Kevin Roedema. He is the loving grandfather of Madison Roedema and Emilia Roedema. Visitation 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Higgins Funeral Home 20 Center Street, Freehold, New Jersey 07728. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Saint Rose of Lima Church, 16 McLean Street, Freehold, New Jersey 07728.
