Kenneth Lee Baumann, 79, of North Fort Myers, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2011.?á He was born December 7, 1931 in Dayton, OH and moved to Florida from Columbia, MO in 1982.?á He served our country in the U.S. Army retiring in 1973, attaining the rank of Master Sergeant.?á He was a member of the V.F.W., American Legion, 82nd Airborne Association, Free and Accepted Masons and the Shrine Club. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á Mr. Baumann leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 46 years, Kathleen Baumann; his children: Perry Baumann (Inyona) of Katy, TX, Terry Baumann (Ruth) of Cumming, GA, Linda Weatherspoon (Jeff) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Roxanne Baumann, also of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren: Katie Rose, Ileana, Brian, Kenneth, Keith, Scottie, Danielle, Bryan, T.J., Athens, Christina, Nathan, Carmelita, Eleana and Larry and several great grandchildren. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with burial to follow in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery with military honors provided by the U.S. Army.?á Friends will be received from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the funeral home. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at: www.woundedwarriorproject.org. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907, 239-936-0555.?á Online condolences may be made at: www.fortmyersmemorial.com.
