Pickles ….Polly could make a great meal starting with pickles . She would wrap ham or salami or turkey around a pickle . Her happy place could be right in the kitchen . She loved to cook but mostly chop …she would prepare all fresh veggies ahead of time . Most people didn’t know this but family would ,she made the best spaghetti you ever want to eat . She might be from the south and do southern cooking but I would put her spaghetti up against any Italian any day . She love to host friends and family . We shared many days and night playing board games…of course Bill was her partner. Phyllis and I would argue they cheated. I guess I have to say they at times were good . We will always be grateful and blessed knowing that Polly called us friends .we will never forget our memories and love for her . May she rest peacefully and rejoice with her loves one . 💕💕
