Larry Carl Phillips' Obituary
Lawrence ?ǣLarry?ǥ Carl Phillips, 69, passed away May 1, 2013. He was born March 1, 1944 in Pottsdam, New York to Joyce (LaPointe) Phillips and the late Carl Phillips. Larry work and retired as a heavy equipment operator after many years before retiring to Florida in September of 2005. He was very much a humanitarian and drove vans for handicap people for ADA in Omaha, Nebraska and Goodwill in Fort Myers. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cape Coral, Moose Club in Cape Coral the Eagles and the American Legion of Fort Myers Beach. Larry enjoyed boating, fishing, reading, swimming in pools and the beach and hanging out with his family and friends?Ǫ?Ǫ?Ǫ.especially his dog Maxwell. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 years, Susan; daughter, Lynn Felthauser and her husband Chad of Prague, Nebraska; son, Thomas Phillips of Phoenix, Arizona; sisters, Patti Preston and her husband Craig of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Susan Betters and her husband Bob of Ausable Forks, New York; brother, Jerry Phillips and his wife Judy of Denver, Colorado; grandson, Malachi Felthauser and of course his dog, Maxwell.
