Laurence Elmer Hamley, 86, of Fort Myers died October 16, 2017 at Hope Hospice at Shellpoint.Cremation rites will be accorded.Private interment will take place at a later date.Laurence was born May 18, 1931, in Ottumwa, IA, the son of Laurence R. and Thelma Vivian (Brazelton) Hamley. He was a US Navy veteran and proudly served during the Korean War. He worked as a manufacturer’s representative in the heating and air industry.The Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Laurence.
