LaVita Marie Potter's Obituary
LaVita Marie Potter, 54, of Cape Coral, passed away February 10, 2013. She was born May 9, 1958 in Tampa, Florida to the late Jack and Marie (Payne) Bradley. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Leroy. LaVita came to Lee County in 1999 from Wimauma, Florida. She was owner of a nursery that raised tropical plants. She loved to fish, go on cruises and care for her grandkids. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 37 years, Jim; daughters, Mary Carrigan and her husband Thomas of Mulberry, Florida and Mindy Banda and her husband Edy of Plant City, Florida; step-children, Christina Day and her husband Keith of Laconia, New Hampshire and Josef Buxton and his wife Mary of Los Angeles, California; and 10 grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Wednesday at 12:00 noon at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Condolences may be left at www.fortmyersmemorial.com.
