Leke Marpali's Obituary
Leke Marpali of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully at Gulf Coast Medical Center on Thursday, March 9, 2023 following some recent medical challenges. He was 84 years old.
Mr. Marpali was born in Shkoder, Albania on August 19, 1938 and was the proud son to Roza (Hajmeli) and Shuk Marpali. He was the loving husband to and leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife Antonjeta (Prendi) Marpali.
A Visitation for Mr. Marpali will be conducted from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 12, 2023 inside the Chapel at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555. Immediately thereafter at 2:00 PM a Funeral Service will be celebrated by Fr. Frank Hanlon of St. Cecelia's Catholic Church also inside the Funeral Home Chapel. At the conclusion of these ceremonies, family and friends will recess to adjacent Memorial Gardens Cemetery where Mr. Marpali's casket will be laid to rest inside the Valparaiso Garden Section.
