Leo Kohl, 89, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on June 26, 2011. Services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home at 12noon. Burial will take place immediately after. Read Obituary
I value the memory of talking to Leo at my sister’s wedding. Veterans sharing a bond held in generations in our family. I miss him
Sincere condolences to the Kohl family and my prayers are with Mrs. Kohl as well. Leo served many communities with decades of boater education which ultimately saves lives. My father and mother knew Leo very well from the 1980s and the 1990s (may they RIP) and are with Leo in Heaven along with many squadron friends who are part of our boating family. I had just found out last week about Leo's passing away and would have sent condolences much earlier.
