Leslie Regan Dunckelman's Obituary
Leslie Regan Dunckelman, 67, a resident of Lake Placid, FL, passed away November 16, 2024 at Gulf Coast Hospital in Ft. Myers, FL. Born in Crowley, Louisiana and a former resident of Houma, Leslie moved to Clewiston, Florida in 1990 with her husband and there they raised their three daughters.
She was a member of St. Margaret’s Catholic Church. Leslie’s hobbies included golfing, gardening, and shopping. Chihuahuas were her favorite dog breed, and she owned many over the years. She had a sense of humor and loved making others laugh; she will truly be missed and never forgotten.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Mildred Mary Gear and Harley Rae Regan, as well as her devoted husband of 45 years, John Dunckelman. Leslie is survived by two sisters: Donna Parker (John) of Carrollton, TX, and Jeanette Peel (James) of Benicia, CA, three daughters: Emily Rudd (Tommy) of Clewiston, FL, Amelia Johnson (Chad) of Cape Coral, FL, Abby Jackson (Kevin) of Cape Coral, and two grandchildren: Lily and Grady Johnson.
Interment will take place at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest in Sylvan Terrace.
