Leslie Monroe Thomas, Sr. born January 29, 1929 in Havana, FL. The last eight children to pass on this day July 1, 2015 at his home in Fort Myers, FL. Leslie Thomas, Sr. (Pappy) as we all called him served in the Armed Forces. He was honorably discharged on February 28, 1950. Pappy has been involved in concrete business since 1954 in Fort Myers, FL. His business has grown and since been handed down to his son and grandson. Leslie Monroe Thomas, Sr. [Pappy] was devoted to his family, daughter Leslie Gail Ash at rest April 5, 2013, son Leslie Thomas, Jr., daughter Roberta Satncel, immediate grandchildren Dustin Thomas, Matthew Nowling and Blade Nowling, many other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and close friends. Pappy, we love you and will miss you. We will remember the good times and you will always be in our hearts forever.Services will be held at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens, on Monday from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. Visitation, Tuesday at 10 a.m.
