Levi Henry Poff, Sr., 102 of North Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Wisconsin, died peacefully at home of natural causes surrounded by family and friends February 3, 2012. Levi was born August 30, 1909 in Argyle, Wisconsin.?áHe was the oldest son of the late Jacob and Anna Poff. In his lifetime, Levi was a farmer, carpenter, restaurant/bar owner, motel owner and in his elderly years a train engineer at an amusement park. He loved dancing, playing cards and traveling.?áHe always saw the good side of life.?áHis sense of humor and quick, friendly smile was loved by young and old. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Alma (Conley) Poff, his son Levi H. Poff, Jr., his daughter Joyce J. Poff, 6 sisters and 6 brothers.?á Left to cherish his memory are four generations of grandchildren.?áThere will be a visitation on Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00PM at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.?áEntombment will take place in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
