Lina Pulizzi's Obituary
Lina Pulizzi of North Fort Myers, Florida passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Saturday, May 4, 2024. She was 81 years old.
Mrs. Pulizzi was born in Realmonte, Agrigento, Sicily on September 30, 1942, the beautiful daughter to Giovanna (Mondello) and Carmelo Vella. She moved to Rochester, New York and was a long-time employee of Eastman-Kodak Company and resided there until relocating to Southwest Florida several years ago.
Lina was a woman who loved her family very much and was married for 45 years to her husband Filippo Pulizzi who preceded her in passing on March 11th of this year. Se leaves behind her brother Frank Vella, many nieces and nephews, a great number of extended family members and an untold number of others who were proud to call her a friend. Mrs. Pulizzi will certainly be warmly remembered and fondly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Funeral Ceremony for Lina will be celebrated by Deacon Jim Tesoriero at 2:00 PM on Wednesday May 8, 2024 inside the Chapel at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555.
