Bill and Family my heart is heavy with sadness. Linda was always such a happy and positive person and I will cherish all of our childhood memories. Best cousin/friend a girl could want. Love to all of you and may God guide you through time of sadness.
Seeing Bill's face when he saw the video we did for him when he retired from State Farm where I am in the bed with Linda in his bedroom!!!!! Linda was so good to play along with us and open up the house for us to shoot the video. She was one awesome lady!!!Joe Collier

So sorry to lose my dear friend since first grade. She has always been upbeat ,lots of fun and ready to enjoy life. We used to go sledding on the hill in the east end, had slumber parties, ate hot dogs at 4 a.m. We had so many adventure over the years. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Our deepest condolences to Bill and the entire Ratliff family. Linda was the epitome of survival. She persevered through adversity for years with no complaints. My favorite Linda story was of she and Bill's courtship on a football field. I still share this very amusing story with friends. Monica and Bernie Gdula
