Lois V. Porter, 69, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on Monday, August 8, 2011.?á Mrs. Porter was born on December 1, 1941 in Baker, Florida. ?áLois had been employed by the 7-Eleven Corp. for many years as a manager. ?áShe was of Baptist faith and enjoyed painting by numbers in her spare time. She had resided in the Fort Myers area for the past 36 years.?á She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Roscoe T. “Tony”?áPorter of Fort Myers, FL; her son, Eddie Ray of?áPennsylvania and?á3 grandchildren, James Ray of Cape Coral, FL, Kristin Ray of Davie, FL and Matthew Ray of Espyville, PA;?á Lois is also survived by?áother siblings.?á Funeral services will be held Friday, August 12, 2011 at 4:00 PM in the chapel of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will be present to receive friends on Friday from 2:00-4:00 PM prior to services.
