Drucilla M Neeley
Dearest Ray, It has been my extreme joy and pleasure to work with you for the last year plus 5 mnths., as your Main C.N.A. Caregiver, and Care Plan Manager. It has also been my personal, wonderful, experience to know you and to Love you. While I and others, are still in shock that you have left the earthly plane, we know you are in the right place with your Louise and all others who were waiting for you to join them in the heavenly place. We know from you, it is in “God’s Will” that you have gone to a place without ‘confusion’.The experience of working for you and your family has been so fulfilling in so many ways, filling the position the best I could on behalf of your daughter Gretchen. I love you especially so, because of her, and her love for you. My gratefulness extends to the most recent staff of dedicated caregivers; Lucy Bruff & amp; Marcia Henry. Even to the other caregivers who had been part of the team-short term. The experience of caring for you includes to know all who Loved You, Louise, your whole family. Includes also to know all your life stories, and those that have been shared back to me, including throughout the Island, as I have been on your side. I am very proud to have been part of this 1 yr + 5m of your life.In writing today(these last few since 8th Sept.), with reflecting in humor, I recall that 1 year ago you & amp; I had evacuated Sanibel/Ft. Myers ahead of Hurricane Irma. We were then traveling like vagabonds (smile) for 9 days, between Tampa & amp; Ft.Myers, including Sebring, Fl. It was a life experience I’ll never forget, and am so grateful your were such a ‘trooper’ to get through it all with me, as the weather and all conditions dictated.Forever, I will treasure our special friendship and relationship- forever I will love you and miss you. Always, I pray in Gratefulness for the opportunity to serve you, and for your Love. Rest in Peace, Dearest Ray. Your Special Friend/Caregiver, Drucilla M. Neeley
