Cousins Wayne, Linda, Buzz and Aunt Lois,The few times mother and I got to be with Lori, we both could see how special she was. Thank you, Wayne, for being willing to stop in Greenville for us to meet. I really got to know her a little better through Facebook which I’m thankful for. I loved her smile, positive outlook on life, love for you Wayne and her family and faith in God. My sweet sister was 1 year older than Lori when she died. Much too young to go! Please accept Ed’s and my condolences for our family’s great loss. I love you all.

I met Lori many years ago through American Business Women’s Association. We met up again years later while we both were selling at an Arts and Crafts show. We discovered we had a lot in common, being Traveling RVers,and selling our products at fairs with our husbands. Facebook kept us connected these last few years. Lori fought a very brave fight, keeping a positive attitude while sharing her illness. She was an inspiration with her sense of humor, her beautiful smile, and her love for everyone. It was an honor to know her. RIP dear friend.

I only had the pleasure of meeting ‘aunt’ Lori once when she came to visit me at the salon a I was working at, at the time. We shared an hour of one on one time getting to know each other. She told me stories about her and her husband and had me laughing so hard by the time her haircut was done. In that short amount of time I could tell she was such a fun and kind person. At the time I was only her nephews girlfriend but now being part of the family I had always hoped I would have the opportunity to spend more time with her. Knowing her sister (my mother in law) so well I could see that they shared the same wonderful sense of humor. I didn’t know her well but it was easy to see what an amazing lady she was. My thoughts and prayers go out to those that got to spend their life so closely with her, I can only imagine what a void you feel right now but I pray you find comfort in the hope that you will see her again someday. Where do I start? A beautiful life taken way too soon~Words alone cannot express what an impact this woman has make on my life. She was AMAZING!! Loved by everyone who was blessed to have known her. Her SMILE lit up an entire room! Even tho we didn’t talk everyday – there wasnt a moment that she wasn’t thought of. When we talked , we picked up right where we left off last time. Lor’s heart was filled with love and laughter, her Husband Wayne, her kids, grandkids and of course Cassidy. And all the adventures that life was taking her on. I used to sit for hours and listen to all her stories especially St Augustine, about her parents ,her dad in the Military. She was so very very proud of him. I will miss our talks. We could confide in each other. I will miss you beyond what words can say— but I trust God had a better plan for you and I am thankful for our friendship over the years and I know I will see you again— until then.. Lori was a great friend to me from the first day we met. I have and always will cherish our special friendship. I loved her dearly and I felt that love come back to me. I regret I was not closer to where she lived so I could be with her during this struggle. I will miss her dreadfully and never forget her. I know she is at peace now and that does offer some comfort. I will continue to pray for her family and hope they will find some peace as well. RIP Lori! You were a great lady. Thank you for being my friend…
