Louzetta Kilby of Fort Myers, Florida passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 7, 2016 following some recent health challenges. She was 93 years old.Louzetta was born on October 8, 1922 in Baltimore, Maryland, the beautiful daughter of Helen (Coulfal) and John H. Matthews. She was the loving wife to Thornton W. Kilby who sadly preceded her in death in 2000.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10: 30 AM on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Saint Columbkille Catholic Church, 12127 Iona Road, Fort Myers, FL 33908, (239) 489-3973. Friends will be received for an hour prior to this service at 9:30 AM for Visitation also at the Church. At the conclusion of this funeral service, family and friends will travel to Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555 where Mrs. Kilby will be laid to rest alongside her devoted husband Thornton in the Mausoleum located inside the Hall of Christ Stilling the Waters.Arrangements for Louzetta’s final care and funeral ceremonies have been entrusted to Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
