Luciano "Big Dog Lou" Del Ciello's Obituary
Mr. Luciano Del Ciello of Cape Coral, Florida passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 after some recent health challenges. He was 64. Lou was born September 2, 1952 in Rome, Italy to the late Livio and Emma Del Ciello. Known as “Big Dog Lou”, he was a retired firefighter with the Bonita Springs Fire Department. He was also a proud veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in deth by his brother, Anthony Del Ciello. Lou is survived by his wife, Diana M. Del Ciello; his son, Michael R. Del Ciello of Fort Myers, Florida; his stepdaughter, Dawn (Greg) Brenton of Cape Coral, Florida; stepdaughter, Lora (Pete) Hahn of Jackson, Tennessee; stepson Kris (Janelle) McHugh of Greenville, Tennessee; uncle, Nick Del Ciello; cousin Renee Moticker and her 2 daughters; he is also survived by 8 step grandchildren and 1 step great granddaughter. Visitation will be held 1pm – 2pm Friday, April 21, 2017 in the chapel of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907. Funeral ceremonies will be held 2pm Friday, April 21, 2017 at the funeral home. Entombment will immediately follow in the Garden of Peace Mausoleum in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
