Lucille Nolen's Obituary
Lucille L .Nolen, 89, of North Ft. Myers passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2010. She was born November 18, 1920 to Lavada (nee Mercer) and James Towler in Live Oak, FL. Lucille worked on the Tice Elementary School Board for 91/2 years before she retired. She was once a member of the Central Baptist Church and was recently a member of the McGregor Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a person who loved helping people. She was a cherished mother and grandmother and will be missed by all. Lucille is survived by her 2 devoted children Patricia (Greg) Roberts and William S. Nolen, Jr. of Boynton Beach, FL; loving sister Velma Hanson; 5 cherished grandchildren William S. Nolen III, Dustin S. (Vicki) Nolen, Derek G. (Talli) Roberts, Tami (Thomas) Raznoff, Bradley J. Nolen and 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband William S. Nolen, Sr.; 2 brothers James and Elwood Towler and sister Flora Preston. A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 6th in Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 11am.
