Margaret Ann Christy, 78, passed away March 7, 2012.?áShe was born May 13, 1933 in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Eugene and Dolly (Humphreys) Greiner.?áIn addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her beloved husband Paul L. Christy, Jr.; sister, Nancy Stone; and adored mother-in-law Naya. ?á She moved to Lee County in 1977 from Charleston.?áMargaret loved to dance, travel and hang out with family.?áShe was a member of the Lady Elks, Eagles and Moose Lodges. ?á Left to cherish her memory are her children, Paul L. Christy, Jr. and his wife Norma Jean; Lou Ann Christy, Jo Ellen Lawrence and her husband Joe; Kitty Teasley and her husband Steve; Lee Christy and his wife Kim; and Mary Kiss and her husband Robbie; grandchildren, Christy, Jan, Jennifer, Shane, Kelli, Justin, Shannon and Ryan; step-grandchildren, Robbie and Aaron; great-grandchildren, Sarah, Mikey, TJ, Mikayla, Macy, Emma, Kayleigh and Molly and loving companion, Skip Haar and cherished pet, Buddy. ?á There will be a visitation on Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.?áFuneral service will be Sunday 2:00 PM.?áEntombment will follow in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. ?á In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice.?áOnline condolences may be left at www.fortmyersmemorial.com.
