Margaret Lou Rotz's Obituary
Margaret Lou Rotz, 57, a Fort Myers, FL resident since 1992, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020 in Fort Myers, FL. She was born July 30, 1962 in Pittsburgh, PA.
Peggy was an exceptional young woman who had a tenacious love of God, family, Pittsburgh Sports, nature and cats. She endured many hardships in her short life and was able to overcome most of them. Even though Peggy had a disability, she never let that stop her from pursuing extracurricular activities, family / social gatherings and life in general. Peggy was an inspiration to her family and friends and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul James Rotz, Sr. and her brother, Paul James Rotz, Jr.
Peggy is survived by her loving mother, Mary Lou Rotz of Fort Myers, FL; sister-in-law, Elaine Rotz / Bush (William Bush) of Fort Myers, FL; two nephews, Paul James Rotz, III (Theresa) of Fort Myers, FL and James Lee Rotz (Jennifer) of Fort Myers, FL; four great nieces and nephews, Paul James Rotz, IV (Nicole) of Montana, Kelsey Jayne (Brandon) of Estero, FL, Makayla and Ethan Rotz of Ft. Myers, FL; and two great great nieces, Nova and Elly Rotz of Victor, Montana.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at St. John XXIII Catholic Church, 13060 Palamino Lane, Fort Myers, FL 33912.
