To the daughters, We lived next door to Maggie and Walt in the 1960s on Parker Drive. We lost touch with Maggie after Walt died. We enjoyed our time as neighbors with them and Gordo. I know you will miss your mother dearly.
Dear family of Maggie, For many years I worked at lee County Health Department at the same time as Maggie. I was a nurse. She was witty, kind and reasonable. I was able to visit her several times in the assisted living. Some of us oldies were able to get together for fun lunch reviving old memories. There was a lot of laughter that day. I have met some of you and I was at Walt’s funeral. Unfortunately as much as I would like to attend her funeral I cannot This is lent and I am committed to the volunteer work at St. Cecilia’s each Friday of lent for fish fry. She is in my prayers. She was a fun person and one could always count on her kindness. Rest in peace, dear friend. Walt will be happy to have you back at his side. Blessings to all, Claire
