Marie Josephine Ciarelli's Obituary
Marie Josephine Ciarelli (Danese) (91) passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025. She was born March 13, 1934, at home in Flushing, NY, to parents Vincent and Antoinette Danese. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Paul F. Ciarelli, and grandson Thomas C. Platt. Marie is survived by three children: Paul V. Ciarelli (Linda), Debra Ciarelli Platt, and Donald G. Ciarelli; eight grandchildren: Cori Konitzer, Melissa Ciarelli, Elizabeth Meil, Caroline Platt (Harrison Wostein), Joseph Platt, Kaitlyn Coakley, Aidan Coakley, and Nicholas Coakley; and three great-grandchildren: Ryleigh Konitzer, Josephine Meil, and Vincent Meil. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
