Marie A. Dajuste's Obituary
Marie Ascania Dajuste passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 24, 2021. She was born in Grand Islet, Desdunes, Haiti on April 15, 1947 to Rosalina Roselva and St. Paul Odige and was the youngest of 5 children. She was the loving wife and companion to Jean Dajuste who will carry on her memory. She was a first lady and a caring spiritual mother to many and served in that capacity for over 40 years. She exemplified the true meaning of Christianity.
Marie is survived and cherished by her husband, Jean Dajuste; her children, Adeline Dajuste, John J. Dajuste, and Marie E. Pierrelus. She was preceded in death by her son, Daniel R. Dajuste. She is survived by her granddaughters Amie J. Darilus, Jon'eisha L. Dajuste, Sofoni Dossou, Jacque Sorrells, Jael Johnson, Christina Johnson, Samantha Dajuste Pierrelus, and Mikayla Dajuste Pierrelus; her grandson, Jeremy Johnson; great-grandsons Michael Seward Jr. and Malachi Seward; goddaughters, Elizabeth Lumene and Josette Dossou. As well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, godchildren, church family, and friends.
A Funeral Service will be celebrated 12 NOON, Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Anthem Church, 13545 American Colony Blvd., Fort Myers, FL. Entombment will Follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
