Marjorie Louise Jacob's Obituary
Marjorie Louise Jacob, 85, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2025. She was born on July 12, 1939, in Saginaw, Michigan, to William and Victoria Jochen.
Throughout her life, Marjorie lived in several states, including California, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Missouri, before making Fort Myers her permanent home in 1979. She worked at Fuller Brush Company in Great Bend Kansas and later as an office administrator for two private electric companies in Fort Myers, Florida before retiring. Marjorie loved animals, especially dogs. She had five pomeranians over the years, Misty, Smokey, Dusty, Buffy and Tiffani.
Marjorie’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother to her four sons: Daniel Jacob of Deerfield Beach, FL; Dennis Jacob of Port Saint Lucie, FL; David Jacob and his wife, Lynn, of Rocky Mount, NC; and Donald Jacob of Fort Myers, FL. She was also a proud grandmother to two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Stallings and her husband William and Andrew Jacob.
Marjorie’s family has entrusted Fort Myers Memorial Gardens with her final arrangements. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 3rd, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
