Marlyn Lee Albrecht's Obituary
Marlyn Lee Albrecht, 94, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2026. She was born on May 22, 1931, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the late Ben Welter and Alma (Borchert) Welter.
In 2003, Marlyn relocated from the Milwaukee area to Fort Myers, where she made her home for the past two decades. She was a dedicated member of Zion Lutheran Church in Fort Myers and cherished the fellowship and faith community she found there.
Marlyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Melvin Albrecht, with whom she shared 45 wonderful years of marriage.
She is survived by her loving family who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts: Daughter: Karen Meinen and her husband, Dale, of Fort Myers, FL; Sons: Gary Albrecht and his wife, Janis, of Red Granite, WI, Brian Albrecht and his wife, Paula, of Kewaskum, Wisconsin, and Mark Albrecht of Palmyra, Wisconsin.
Marlyn was a devoted grandmother to: Amy Meinen, Shannon Meinen, Gary Albrecht, Nicholis Albrecht, Nicholas Lane, Jessica Albrecht Wendling, Sheri Albrecht Byrge, and Tiffany Albrecht Michalski .
She is also survived by ten great‑grandchildren, each of whom brought great joy and pride into her life.
Marlyn will be remembered for her gentle heart, strong faith, and the love she shared so generously with her family and friends.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
