Marta Maldonado, 77, of Lehigh Acres, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Gulf Coast Medical Center.
Born February 1, 1949, in Guayama, Puerto Rico, Marta was the beloved daughter of Dionisio Maldonado and Generosa Santiago.
Throughout her life, she was devoted to her family and found her greatest joy in time spent with her children and grandchildren. Her warmth, generosity, and quiet strength were the hallmarks of her character, and she will be remembered for the love she so freely gave. She cherished simple moments, shared laughter, and built lasting memories that will forever be treasured. Marta’s enduring spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Funeral services will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Fort Myers Memorial Gardens.
