Mary Suzanne “Sue” Brick, 66, of Cape Coral, FL died , Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Hospice House of Cape Coral. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Hope Hospice. A Memorial Mass will be held, 11:30 AM, Friday, January 30, 2015, at St. Andrew Catholic Church. Sue was born September 29, 1948 in Clinton, IA, the daughter of Raymond William and Ruth Elizabeth (Corbett) Jost. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church for over 30 years. Sue was an avid reader. “Grandma Suzie” enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and “her boys”. Surviving are her three children, Stacy Chaipel (Steven) of Cape Coral, Cory Brick (Amanda Cantu) of Hattiesburg, MS, Erin Ross (fianc??-Chris Mallari) of Fort Myers, FL; siblings, Terry Foley (Jim) of Jacksonville, FL, Jim Jost (fianc??- Lexa) of Davenport, IA, Ruthann Melchiori (Ron) of Camanche, IA; granddaughters, Courtney Chaipel (fianc??- Raymond Pugh), Natalee Brick; many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Preceding in death are her parents and grandson, Derek Chaipel. The Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Sue.
