Mary Frances Essmaker's Obituary
Mary Frances Essmaker of Fort Myers, Florida passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at her residence. She was 94. She was born March 24, 1922 in Mount Clemens, Michigan; the beautiful daughter of the later Elmer and Helen Beaufait. Mary and her husband George worked together in Michigan as the owners and operators of Saginaw Greenhouse. After selling the business and moving to Fort Myers in 1972, they owned and operated the Beach Bowl before selling the business and retiring. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband George Leo Essmaker (1998). Mary is survived by her 4 daughters, Georgiann Bluemlein, Cheryl Waugh, Margie Maples and Mary Swartz. She is the loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren, Dawn Marie Walters, John Bluemlein, Trafton Kerridge, Cherylann Carroll, StaceyAnn Maples, Jeffrey Maples and Sheena Bentley. Mary is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00AM, Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33907.
