Mary Guzman's Obituary
Mary Guzman, 90, a resident of Fort Myers, Florida since 2006, formerly of the Bronx, New York passed away peacefully on Monday, December 26, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 19, 1932 in Carolina, Puerto Rico.
Mary was an incredible human being and child of God. Mother, Wife, Sister, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Cousin, Friend. An educator in the Christian community for most of her life. She was the biggest prayer warrior we knew. At 90 years old, I'm so proud of this incredible life lived, Blessed and humbled that God has lent us this Super Woman that we called our 'Mami’. She was preceded in death by her husband, Americo; her son, Pablo Guzman and sister, Maria J. Partzon.
Mary is survived by her four loving children, Carlos Guzman (Natividad) of Coral Springs, FL, Magaly Mojica (Oscar) of North Fort Myers, FL, Raquel Hughes (Douglas) of Fort Myers, FL and Daniel Guzman (Thomas Hudgins) of Ashburn, VA; seven grandchildren, Jonathan, David, Doug, Jr., Chris, Aaron, Mariana and Isabel; as well as seven great grandchildren, Auriana, Avery, Elena, Kai, Aaliyah, Valeryia and Luna.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 AM, Friday, December 30, 2022 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL. A Funeral Service will be celebrated 11:00 AM, following the visitation at the funeral home on December 30, 2022. Interment will be held Friday, December 30, 2022 in Green Lea Estates in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fort Myers, FL.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice, 9470 Health Park Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908 in loving memory of Mary Guzman.
