Mary Oleita Lease, 92, died peacefully at Hope Hospice of Cape Coral on October 19, 2012.?á She was born in Aberdeen, Maryland on May 29, 1920.?á She was the first born of 4 daughters to Herman and Hattie Umberger. She married Jerome Lease and had 3 children, Barbara J. Lease, Charles ?Ç£Chic?Ç¥ (Virginia) Lease and Marie A. ?Ç£Mitzi?Ç¥ (Wayne) Fitch; Mary?ÇÖs grandchildren, Virginia ?Ç£Kelly?Ç¥ (Darrell) Shaeffer, Christine (Dale) Wheeling, Michelle Lease (David) Harvey, Tina (Roy) Carter, and Samantha (Samuel) Crow; her great-grandchildren are, George & Jeana Wheeling, Quincy, Max & Wayne Crow, and Alana & Joshua Carter. During her life as a loving mother, grandmother & great-grandmother, she also worked for over 30 years at Hutzler?ÇÖs Dept. Store in Towson, MD. She was active in the Lionesses for years.?á She will be remembered for her strong spirit, being a hard worker, love of family, friendship and her faith in God Our Lord. ?áA Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 29, 2012 at 12 Noon in Faith Presbyterian Church, 4544 Coronado Parkway, Cape Coral, FL 33904. In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to Hope Hospice of Lee County. The family is being assisted by Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
