Mary Ann Miklic's Obituary
Mary Ann Miklic of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully at HealthPark Care and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 7, 2018 following some recent health challenges. She was 94 years old.Mary Ann was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 20, 1924, the beautiful daughter of Mary Julia (Grzechowiak) and John Peter Lewandowski. She enjoyed the majority of her life as a resident of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio until her husband Joe retired from Reuther Mold & Manufacturing Company after a 32 year career and the couple happily relocated to Fort Myers to enjoy their golden years. Mary Ann is survived by her son, Gary (Nancy) Miklic and daughter, Gail Miklic of Fort Myers and her granddaughter, Amy Fullwiler (Mark) of Portland, Oregon. Mary Ann also leaves behind her grandson, Andy; great-granddaughter Emily Fullwiler along with many extended family members and numerous others who were proud to know her in friendship. Sadly, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph Miklic who passed in 2017. Mary Ann will be greatly missed.Immediate funeral ceremonies are private. Arrangements for Mary Ann’s final care have been entrusted to Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Cremation Rites will be accorded and Mary Ann will be laid to rest alongside her dearly departed husband Joe at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 4, 2019 inside the Field of Honor located inside Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555.
