Mary Ellen Stalter's Obituary
Mary Ellen Stalter, 77, of N. Fort Myers, FL, died January 14, 2017 at Rehab Health Care of Cape Coral. Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorials: St. Michael’s Lutheran Church and School Aftercare Program. Mary was born September 25, 1939, in Mt. Sterling, Ohio, the daughter of John W. and Helen (Dials) Boggs. She married Ned Stalter on June 16, 1957 in Zanesville, OH. Mary was a long time member of St. Michael’s Lutheran Church and loved serving with the Aftercare Program with the St. Michael’s Lutheran School. She enjoyed crafting, and painting. Surviving are her husband, Ned; brothers, Leonard Boggs and his wife Lucy of Canal Winchester, Ohio, Albert Boggs and his wife Ella of Portage, IN and cousins Pat Swyers of Cape Coral and Sue Williams and her husband Roger of Cape Coral. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Everett Boggs. The Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mary.
