Mary D. West's Obituary
Mary D. West of North Fort Myers, Florida and formerly of Orleans, Indiana, passed away suddenly in her home Friday, November 18, 2016. She was 97. Mary was born May 15, 1919 in Orange County, Indiana to the late W.M. and Effie Runyon. She worked as a solderer for Traveler’s Radio and TV Factory. In addition to her time in the factory, Mary also operated her own grocery store for years back home in Indiana. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Clifford Ragsdale, her second husband, William West and two sons, Stephen Ragsdale and Leroy Ragsdale. Mary is survived by her daughter, Janet Staton and (Charles R.) of North Fort Myers, FL and her son, Larry Ragsdale of Paoli, Indiana, 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation 12pm – 1pm with Funeral Services at 1pm, Friday, November 25, 2016 at McAdams Mortuary 500 SW 1st Street, Paoli, IN 47454. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Clifford Ragsdale in the Fairview Cemetery in Orleans, Indiana.
