Mickey had a big influence on my life and a career path. He was a mentor, boss and most of all a good friend. He taught me and encouraged me to pursue cooking and becoming a chef. After graduating culinary school I called Mickey to thank him for his support and for being a friend. One of the most memoroable things that Mickey told me was "Don't ever let work over take family and friends. When the ones you love need you work does not matter. Friends and Family should come first otherwise you will regret not being there for them while you can and then it may be too late" Thank you Mickey. You were a good friend.
