Miguel Soto's Obituary
Miguel Soto, age 49, of Lehigh Acres was tragically taken away on February 4, 2026 in Fort Myers, FL. Born and raised in Fort Myers, his birthday is March 30, 1976.
Miguel was a warm and passionate person; a jack of all trades who never shied away from taking on a new project, skill, or hobby. He was determined to take charge of his life, both as a boxer, and spending his proclaimed best years as a drum and bass DJ with his lifelong best friend, Sven Vogtland. He later led a career as a heavy equipment operator, and was especially interested in music, gardening, philosophy, and psychology. Miguel was a man who cherished the world and those he loved, and his spirit captivated each room as a DJ, friend, father, partner, and son. All who knew him will carry on his enthusiasm, optimism, and unwavering belief in the goodness of life.
Miguel is survived by his partner of over six years, Kim Devine; his loving parents, Octavio and Emma Soto; his brother, Christopher Soto; and his sons, Dylan Soto and Jacob Serrett. He is deeply missed by both his family from birth along with his chosen family.
To honor Miguel, a celebration of life is being hosted at Dante’s HiFi in Miami, FL on 03/30/2026 at 7:00 PM.
