Mindy Gail Young's Obituary
Mindy G. Young of Fort Myers, FL passed away peacefully on March 23, 2024. Mindy was born in New York City on March 12, 1957 and grew up in Woodmere, New York. She graduated from the State University College at Buffalo with a bachelors degree in Special Education.
Mindy moved to Mobile, Alabama where she worked in the health and social services industries using her kind and caring heart. She married Dr. Sidney Young in 1985, and raised a family. In her later years, she moved to Pine Island, Florida to care for her mother. Mindy is preceded in death by her husband, Dr Sidney H. Young, and son, Russell Alan Young, and survived by her brother, Mark H. Feldman (Beth) of San Diego, California and uncle, Paul Feldman (Gail) of Staten Island, New York.
Burial will follow the graveside service on Tuesday, March 26 at 2:30pm in the Gan Shalom garden of Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fort Myers, Florida.
