My dear, sweet, special childhood friend of mine, I’m absolutely heartbroken to find out 11 years later you are gone. Why did I wait so long to find you and then to find out we’ll never be able to laugh at the silly things we used to do. MonaLisa is what we were! Mischief queens of church camps we went to every summer growing up. Endless sleepovers and sneaking out to meet the preachers son. You were my childhood fun, filled with laughter and fears, boys and tears, we went through all the changes in girlhood to womanhood together. I never thought in my wildest dreams I’d ever be writing in your obituary to tell you how much I love and miss you. I will forever hold our friendship in my heart. Rest in peace beautiful!
