Josephine – I am so sorry for your loss. Nick was a good friend of mine when we were attending LeMoyne College. One quick memory: After college, he contacted me to see if the company I worked for would lend him $100,000 for a real estate investment he was working on. The company said they were sorry, but they didn't invest less than $1,000,000 in real estate projects. Funny, but he didn't come back and ask for the million… Sounds like he still did very well, and I'm very happy for that.He's one of the good guys. Knowing Nick, you must be wonderful and that the two of you raised a great family. I am confident that your sons will carry on his good works. Jo and family:Both Mike and are were deeply saddened when we learned that Nick had died. Recently, Nick and I served on the Excom Committee of the Power Squadron, and last spring you and Nick trained Mike and me in as "bartenders" for the dinner meetings.Nick – and you, Jo – always have a gleam in your eye and ready smile.
