Norman Frederick Moseman's Obituary
Norm was born August 4,1935 in Amityville, New York. He slipped away peacefully on December 14, 2022 at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers.
He was the son of the late John Wesley Moseman. and Lillian Ann McKee Moseman. Norm leaves behind his loving wife, June Marlene Moseman; his niece Lee Bowman (Bob); his grand-nephews Sean Bowman and Wes Mitchell, four stepdaughters Sherry Rizi, Karen Ashwill (Tom), Lee Ann Ralph (Mike) and Michelle Barboza (Mike). He is preceded in death by his brother, Wesley Moseman.
Norm’s careers have spanned working in the car racing industry, the Hicksville Fire Department and Northrop Grumman. He was very proud of his time with the Fire Department and had many fond memories of that time.
Norm was passionate about car racing. He raced midget cars in his younger years. Later in life he purchased a classic midget race car where he raced a few times in vintage races.
Norm was very passionate about his classic cars as well and showing them in various car shows in Florida. He was a member of Cool Cruisers and was an avid attendant at many of their events.
Norm and June also loved traveling across the country in their RV. They had many wonderful summers of exploring the US Northeast.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated 12 NOON, Friday, December 30, 2022 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907.
