Olga I Quintana's Obituary
Olga I. Quintana, 75, a beloved resident of Lehigh Acres, FL since 1987 and formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 17, 2024. Born on August 29, 1948, in Puerto Rico to the late Miguel and Consuelo (Ruiz) Erazo, Olga’s life was a testament to love, joy, and creativity.
At the tender age of 17, Olga met the love of her life, Manuel Quintana, in Staten Island, NY. Their love story began on a dance floor, where they danced the night away. Even when it was time to part, they continued to dance in the streets until the taxi arrived, a memory that would forever symbolize their enduring love.
Olga had a special fondness for Christmas, a time when her creativity truly shone. She delighted in crafting, bringing warmth and joy to her home and those around her with her festive creations. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Anthony Quintana and her brother, Hector Ramos.
Olga is survived by her husband of 57 years, Manuel Quintana of Lehigh Acres, FL as well as several extended family members and friends.
Olga’s legacy is one of love, joy, and creativity. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
