PATRICIA A. (Pat) GOETZINGER passed away on November 26, 2020 at age 81. Pat was a long-time resident of Oklahoma City until relocating to Fort Myers, Florida where she resided for the past three years. Pat is survived by her husb Read Obituary
Growing up, Pat was my "across the street mom." Mary and I were joined at the hip most days and Pat was always supportive of our adventures. She had a tremendous smile and an easy going nature. The Goetzinger home was a great place to hang out. Seeing Pat at Tom's birthday party a few years ago, she was gracious and loving and fun, just as she was 50 years ago! Much love to Tom, Greg, Tim and Mary.
We met Tom and Pat many years ago. We went to the same church. When we found out that we shared the same wedding anniversary with the same amount of years we became instant friends, always celebrating together. Pat was a great and thoughtful person, a wonderful cook. We had many great meals in the Goetzinger home. We have missed them since they left Okla. The good memories will always be in our hearts! There are

Pat did life right! She laughed when those around her needed it most. Her smile was quick and infectious.
She made up half of the best couple I have ever known. Together with Tom she raised three wonderful kids, a precocious dachshund, a rabbit, an occasional wine glass, and everyone’s spirits. They donated time to the church, making altar screens, participating in every committee, and especially, working with the youth group. A lot of kids received a lot of love.
Pat loved God, golf and gardening. She worked at all three and knew all three. She was the cool Mom. Did housework while listening to Pink Floyd or Paul Simon.
I will miss her, but will still know her thru Tom, Greg, Tim and Mary. She will always be there!

Pat was such a great person! I grew up in OKC and our families were good friends. She was always a delight to be around with a great sense of humor! I know she will be missed by her family and friends! God speed Pat! Prayers to her family.
Pat was our best friend for over 50 years. We lived close by and went to the same church and our kids grew up together. Five fellows who worked together and their wives became close friends. We were all family, sharing many good times, adventures, laughter, sorrows and prayers. The picture below was taken at one of our fabulous times together at Dorthy and Clay's cabin in eastern Oklahoma in August 1995, where Pat drove a golf ball better than the guys, there were many pranks and continuous laughter. These and many other great times will keep Pat in our thoughts forever. Pat, we love you and we will miss you!

We met the Goetzinger family in Oklahoma City in 1966 or 1967. There were five couples that met (the guys worked for General Electric), and we formed social relationships that have lasted just over 50 years. Pat was a beautiful person in many ways. She was humorous, and fun to be around. She will be missed by many!
