Patricia "Patsy Mae" Grover's Obituary
Patricia Mae "Patsy Mae" Grover, 93, of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2025.
Born in 1932 in Alexandria, Virginia, Patricia was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and a dedicated friend to many. She was a woman of strong faith and an ardent member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Cape Coral. Her life was characterized by an enduring commitment to her family and her community.
Patsy Mae shared a deep and lasting love with her late husband, Cecil "Mickey" Grover, who preceded her in death. Together, they built a beautiful life and a strong family foundation.
She was a highly active and social individual who found joy in fellowship and community involvement. Patricia was a proud member of several local organizations, including the Elks, Moose, Eagles, and VFW auxiliaries, where she built lasting friendships and contributed her time and energy.
Patricia was a cherished sister to Maria Teresa Breeden, and was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Frances Johnson.
She is lovingly survived by her four children: Nan Marie Grover, Susan Lynn (Curt) Barzo, Michael "Mickey" Grover, and Tricia Ann Grover. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Michael Grover. Her legacy continues through her five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy to her life.
A funeral Mass will be held at St. Andrew Catholic Church on December 9th at 10:45am and followed by family interment at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens.
A celebration of her life will follow the mass at Ralph's Place at 1305 Cape Coral Parkway.
