Patricia Ann Taylor's Obituary
Patricia Ann Taylor, 90, passed away Saturday, March 11th, 2023, at Berks Heim Nursing Home, Bern Twp.
She was the beloved wife of Benjamin W. Taylor, Jr., who died May 18th, 2018.
Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Lentz) McGonigle.
Patricia was employed as an office manager for many years. Upon retirement to Florida, she enjoyed golf, travel, volunteering at Lee Memorial Hospital, and sewing with the “Sassy Stitchers” club.
She is survived by three children: Barbara Gallen (Andrew), Shillington; Lori Muscarella (Gary), Coopersburg; and John B. Taylor (Christi), Edmond, OK. She is also survived by two sisters: Eleanor O’Donnell (Joseph) and Jean McGonigle; sister in law Ella McGonigle; cousin Diane Smith (Robert); multiple nieces and nephews; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Patricia was predeceased by her daughter Susan Taylor Degnan; daughter in law Margaret “Meg” Taylor; three brothers: Charles McGonigle, James McGonigle, and Hobart McGonigle; and sister-in-law Joan McGonigle.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 30th, 2022, at 10:30 am at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL. Family and friends may pay respects starting at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Patricia's honor to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, D.C., 20090-6011.
