Tish and I were tennis players back in the day in Athens, Ohio. She always gave her best to anything she did and she was an inspiration to me and to many friends here in Athens. I will always remember fondly time spent with her and Ben. It warm my heart to think of them together again.
Tish Kendall and I served on our Board of Directors together for some years at our mutual home and condo, Heather Way, in Vero Beach. I found her collaborative, practical, financially conservative and dedicated to serving her neighbors. Tish and her dear husband, Ben, volunteered selflessly in many ways and are still missed by those of us who are here and still serving. I am certain she has a good reward awaiting her and send her family both my personal sympathy for their loss, as well as from the Association Board of Directors. We appreciated your mother greatly and think of her fondly.
She was one of the most wonderful women I’ve ever met. She will be missed!
I was so sorry to hear of Tish’s passing, but what a fabulous life she had with all of you. I have so many childhood memories of her. She always had graham crackers for Ken and I ready when we got home for school. Tish was one of a kind; a witty and elegant woman of many talents. I admired her and believe that the legacy she created through her wisdom, her community contributions, and her strong relationships with her loving and capable children and grandchildren will continue to make the world a better place for quite some time.
