Paul Charles Benstine's Obituary
Paul Charles Benstine, 54, a resident of Lehigh Acres, FL since 2007, formerly of Warren, MI passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 17, 1969 in Winter Garden, FL.
Paul was a tool and die maker in Detroit until 2006. He loved working on cars, anything with an engine. He enjoyed working with Kairos and was a volunteer chaplain at Charlotte County Prison. He loved hunting, fishing, ATV's and motorcycles. He loved to talk and tell stories. He loved his family very much. He donated a lot of time to his kids and their schools and was learning to play guitar.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Peggy Benstine of Lehigh Acres, FL; four children, Robert Benstine of Lehigh Acres, FL, Rebecca VanDenstorm of Lehigh Acres, FL, Jeremy Benstine (Kendra) of Bridgman, MI and Jessica Annarino (Brandon) of Warren, MI; his mom and step-dad, Mary and Bruce Dick; three brothers, Lenny Benstine, Robert DiLodovico and Eddie Ross; as well as four grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated 7:30 PM, Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL. The Family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 6:00 PM until the service time at the funeral home.
