As a former inmate Henry Correctional Institution Circa 1980s assistant superintendent Mr Colburn was always initiating new programs the Jaycees Toastmaster International. The Horticulture program and last but not least the Cowboys Squad of what was called Silo City. He will be missed.
Paul helped me through my first couple of years with FDOC. Very sorry for your loss.
